You can reach 46% more clients! Barbieri Abbate, recently opened a new barbershop, located in the heart of Barcelona. He was looking for a nice digital environment, where he could show his services. Did you know that when you make a google my business account, a default website can be generated? Well Barbieri Abbate’s was pink, nothing like the classic Italian style he wanted to show. I proposed some different designs and recommended on directly setting up an online appointment system. Why? Research found that barbershops would lose 46% percent of bookings if they didn’t offer an online booking or app booking (BookedIn, 2020). On the other hand Keap found that small businesses are looking for three key features that an appointment system should contain. It should manage their calendar (36%), automated alerts (21%) and resource scheduling (20%) should be possible. We could tackle and support both the customer and Barbieri Abbate in this case. So we started implementing an appointment system in the desired design, look and feel.
